If there's a problem with the materials or craftsmanship we'll repair or replace your item. If you have an unusual failure resulting normal wear, we'll repair it for a reasonable charge if possible. Please clean your product before returning it to us.
Modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than that for which the product was designed are not typically covered by our warranty. We will handle these situations on an individual basis and make every effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
How do I return my item(s) for an exchange or a refund?
Included with every order is a receipt. It contains your order summary, and our company address. Please contact our corporate office via email at customerservice@snosuit.com or call toll free and leave a message at 1-(866) 342-SUIT (7848). Please include your order number and concern in the email or phone message. We will respond to your inquiry promptly. If you do not have your order number, please be sure to leave the name under which the item(s) was purchased in your message and the best way for us to contact you.
